Valley Life 7th & 8th Grade students and families,
California Junior Scholarship Foundation (CJSF), is an honor society for students in 7th and 8th grade. CJSF is a state run society that encourages students to get and maintain high levels of grades as well as community service. By earning grades at a high level they may apply to CJSF with a copy of their last trimester report cards. They will do this each trimester in order to maintain the CJSF status. If students maintain their grades throughout 7th and 8th grade they will earn Honor Membership status. This honor follows students into high school, where students will have to reapply each semester to maintain membership. Students and parents may print out past report cards on Infinite Campus. This is the students responsibility. Sra. Solis, the Spanish teacher (asolis@vlcs.org) will be serving as our CJSF advisor.
