Personal Mission Statement:

My mission is to build a positive, growth-oriented classroom where every student feels valued and empowered. I will be proactive in creating an environment of respect and responsibility, where students take ownership of their learning. I will begin with the end in mind, setting clear goals and guiding students to achieve their fullest potential. I will put first things first, prioritizing what truly matters in helping my students succeed. Through thinking win-win, I will encourage collaboration and mutual respect among students. I will seek first to understand, then to be understood, listening actively to my students' needs and perspectives. I will synergize, working together with my colleagues and students to build a community of support and learning. Lastly, I will always sharpen the saw, continuously reflecting on and improving my teaching to ensure I am the best educator I can be
